The short version

When you use Aakaar, we store what you type, the files you attach, and the outputs we generate — so the platform can run, and so we can make it better. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it. Cost figures are model-based estimates, not binding quotes. Some product suggestions may be sponsored, and we label those.

What we collect

Your input — the text, sketches, images, and files you provide.
The compressed intent (the Shabdakosh fields) and any edits you make to it.
The outputs we generate — prototype descriptions, discovery lists, hybrids, cost models.
Engagement details — name, email, company, phone — only if you submit a request.
Basic technical data your browser sends, and choices stored locally (theme, mode).

How we use it

To run the translation and show you results.
To respond to product requests and engagement enquiries.
To improve Aakaar — your inputs, intent edits, and outputs help us refine the models. We keep the original and the edited versions to learn from the difference. This is disclosed up front, by design.

Storage & retention

v1 stores translations and engagement records on Translead-controlled infrastructure. We keep them while the platform is active and your account (if any) exists. You can request deletion at any time; we remove your records except where we must retain something to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for the improvement use. Email tech@transleadmedtech.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. (We build toward GDPR and India DPDP-aligned handling; this v1 draft is being reviewed.)

Sharing & placements

We don't sell personal data. Product discovery may include sponsored or featured entries (for example, Translead's own Stand at Eaze line) — these are labelled and only surface when they actually fit your stated need. We may use processors (e.g. our AI provider, email/hosting) under contract to operate the service.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage for preferences (theme, mode, consent acknowledgement) and to keep your session usable. No third-party advertising trackers in v1.

Children

Aakaar is not intended for users under 18.
